Delivery terms to customers in the EU

Due to the many variants and configuration possibilities of the ropes ordered (quantity, diameter, weight, and dimensions), we can only fulfill orders for customers from Europe and the world based on a prepared offer.

The shipping cost of the ropes depends on the address (postal code), weight, and dimensions of the ordered rope.

We will promptly send you an email with the offer for the rope and the shipping costs.

The condition for processing and shipping the order is the acceptance of the sent offer and the payment of the proforma invoice.
